    Complete your profile

    Logo, portfolio, description, social links, and category. Optional business license and insurance uploads.

    Choose your booth

    Reserve a booth from the interactive floor plan — standard, corner, premium and sponsor placements available.

    Review & sign

    Confirm your details, accept the exhibitor terms, and provide an electronic signature.

    Secure your placement

    Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Instant receipt, confirmation email, and access to your vendor dashboard.

Why should I exhibit at VYBE Expo?

VYBE Expo is Northern California's newest luxury South Asian wedding showcase, created to connect exceptional vendors with engaged couples who are actively planning their celebrations. Our focus is on meaningful connections, premium experiences, and building lasting relationships—not simply collecting leads.

Who can apply to become a vendor?

We welcome applications from wedding professionals across every category including venues, photography, videography, beauty, fashion, décor, entertainment, travel, jewelry, cakes, invitations, rentals, catering, bartending, and more. Every application is carefully reviewed to ensure it aligns with the VYBE Expo experience.

Has vendor registration opened?

Not yet. Vendor registration will open once our inaugural event details are officially announced. Join our waitlist to be among the first businesses invited to apply.

How are vendors selected?

Our goal is to create a balanced, high-quality experience for attendees. Vendor acceptance is based on professionalism, reputation, quality of work, category availability, and alignment with the VYBE Expo brand.

When will the event location and date be announced?

We are currently finalizing our inaugural event. As soon as the venue and event date are confirmed, they will be announced on our website, Instagram, and email list.

How much does it cost to exhibit?

Booth pricing will be released when vendor applications officially open. Pricing will vary based on booth size, placement, and sponsorship opportunities.

Will sponsorship opportunities be available?

Yes. VYBE Expo offers a limited number of sponsorship opportunities for businesses seeking additional brand exposure. Sponsorship packages will be announced prior to vendor registration.

How will VYBE Expo be marketed?

We are building a comprehensive marketing campaign that includes social media, digital advertising, influencer collaborations, community partnerships, bridal content, email marketing, and strategic outreach throughout Northern California to attract highly engaged couples.
